Not much changed in the list of 2015  top consumer complaints compiled by The Consumer Sentinel Network. Approximately 3,083,379 complaints were filed in 2015. Missouri, Connecticut, and Florida had the most identity theft complaints and Florida, Michigan, and Georgia had the most complaints overall.
